Our Whole Wheat Flour contains 99 percent of the natural wheat berry proportions of bran, endosperm and germ.  It is ground coarsely to provide a hearty consistency and can be used in the baking of breads and other baked goods.

There were no pesticides used during the growing season of the wheat and no additives, chemicals, bleaching agents, or preserviatives were used during the milling process.
