What types of grains are available for purchase?

Grains available are subject to change and are based on availability at the time of purchase.  As of 01/01/2025 we have the following grains available for purchase:

Hard Red Winter Wheat
Hard White Winter Wheat
Soft White Winter Wheat
Turkey Red Wheat (Heritage Grain)
Einkorn Wheat (Ancient Grain)
Rye
Buckwheat

As 2025 progresses, we plan to have Durum wheat (semolina flour), corn, and hemp available.  We have also been looking for a local rice grower to provide rice flour, but don't have anything set in stone yet.  As products become available, they are listed under the products page of our website.

How much does your flour cost?

Accepted Answer

Fyler Farms flour is sold by the pound and is determined by the type of grain being purchased.  Discounts are given to larger purchases of 25 or 50 pounds.

Can I purchase bulk orders of flour?

Yes you can request bulk orders.  Please call or e-mail us to request the amount of flour you would like to order.

Do you sell flour to businesses?

We will provide flour for business puposes in the Kansas City area only at this time.  Please feel free to call or e-mail us with a request.
